Last updated: November 4, 2026. These terms are between you and NEXATECH AI EFFICIENCY LTD (“we”).
TraceOne lets you use an iPhone you own, kept at your home, from your other devices. You must own the home phone and its accounts, or have the owner’s permission. You agree to follow the terms of the apps and carriers you use with it.
The setup fee is paid once and includes the gateway hardware and the first 3 months of service. After that, service is billed monthly or yearly until you cancel. You can cancel any time; service runs to the end of the period you paid for. The gateway is yours to keep.
If you’re not happy within 30 days of setup, return the gateway and we’ll refund the setup fee in full.
The service depends on your home internet, power, Apple and the apps on your phone, which can change without notice. We work to keep it running but cannot guarantee it will always be available, and it must not be relied on for emergency calls.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
