What stays in your home

The screen video, call audio, everything you type and the home phone’s passcode stay between the gateway in your home and your own devices. We do not receive, record or store them. The passcode is stored only on the gateway.

What we do receive

• Your name, email and shipping address, and payment details handled by Stripe, so we can bill you and ship hardware.
• A push token for your iPhone, so the gateway can make it ring through Apple’s push service. A push contains the caller’s name or number as shown on the home phone.
• Technical health information from the gateway (for example, whether a service is running) when you ask us for support. It never includes screen content, audio or typed text.

Who else is involved

Stripe (payments), Apple (push notifications) and the encrypted network provider that connects your devices to your gateway. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your account data at any time by writing to hello@traceone.io. Billing records we must keep by law are kept only as long as required.
